We are seeking a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to join a dynamic dental practice in London.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and creating a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly upon arrival and assist them with check-in procedures.
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders to optimise patient flow.
Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, appointments, and insurance.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care.
Uphold confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
Assist with general office duties such as filing, inventory management, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a dental clinic or administrative or office role is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
Proficiency in using office equipment and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office). Dental software systems.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
