What We're Looking For
You'll be the first point of contact for our patients, so a natural flair for hospitality, attention to detail, and professionalism are essential. We're after someone who:

Has previous dental receptionist experience - this is a must. Is familiar with SOE (Exact) - ideal, but not essential. Is proficient with Microsoft Office and general admin tasks. Has strong face-to-face customer service experience. Communicates clearly and confidently, both in person and over the phone. Can manage busy diaries, appointment bookings, and patient queries with efficiency and care.
