Kew Bridge Dental is seeking a friendly and efficient Dental Receptionist to join the team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks in a busy dental practice. This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly as they arrive and assist them with check-in procedures
Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently
Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services offered
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality is upheld
Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth operations within the practice
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management
Experience
Previous office experience is essential, preferably within a healthcare or dental setting
Administrative experience is highly desirable, showcasing proficiency in managing office tasks
Excellent computer skills are mandatory.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff
Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is an advantage but not mandatory
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
