About the Role


We are looking for an organised, friendly, and reliable

Dental Receptionist

to join our front-of-house team. You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported throughout their visit. Your key responsibilities will include:

Greeting and checking in patients in a warm and professional manner Managing appointments and schedules Handling incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries Processing payments and updating patient records Supporting the clinical team with daily administrative tasks Ensuring the reception area is tidy, organised, and presentable at all times

What We're Looking For



Previous experience as a receptionist (dental or healthcare setting preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident using dental software and IT systems (experience with Dentally/Exact/SOE/R4 is a plus) Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure A warm, professional, and patient-focused attitude Flexibility to work some evenings or weekends, if required

Working Hours:


Monday to Saturday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
