We are looking for an experienced, meticulously organised team member with a warm and friendly personality to lead the reception team.

Be proactive and a quick learner with innate ability to perform well under pressure and be a good team player.

You'll be meeting and greeting patients as they visit for enquiries, making appointments , taking payments ,converting enquiries to appointments, ensuring clinicians' diaries are organised and efficiently booked and promoting practice growth.

Good command of English and administration skills with an ability to use our in-house IT systems is essential (training will be provided)

Knowledge of additional language is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients in a warm and professional manner. Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring clinicians' diaries are efficiently organised. Handle patient enquiries, convert enquiries into appointments, and take payments. Assist with administrative tasks such as patient record updates and data entry into our in-house systems. Support the practice's growth by promoting services and building patient relationships. Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to ensure smooth operations.

Job Types: Part time+ 2 Saturdays/month

Career progression into higher management will be supported with funded training for the right candidate.

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour
