New?Ash?Green Dental?&?Aesthetics is an award winning dental practice and aesthetics clinic delivering general and cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, dental implants and facial aesthetics. We are seeking a Dental?Receptionist who can keep our busy front desk running smoothly while giving every patient a five star welcome.

What you'll do

Dental Receptionist duties: greet, check?in and schedule patients Triage emergencies Manage clinician diaries so every dental day flows effortlessly Answer phones, emails with warmth and accuracy Work with our CRM system handling all enquiries efficiently Explain treatment plans and process payments confidently Discuss finance options and Denplan options clearly with patients Keep patient data secure and compliant (GDPR) Coordinate with dentists, hygienists and nurses to anticipate their needs Spot problems in the appointment diary before they arise and solve them proactively Liaise with laboratories / referral centres to ensure efficient patient follow up appointments Participate in the marketing campaigns on social media Align with the values of the clinic, to provide the best service for our patients Work closely & communicate effectively with the other reception team members and the clinic manager to ensure delivery of a seamless service
What we're looking for

At least 1? year as a Dental receptionist / dental front?of?house

(essential) Excellent telephone manner Confident using SOE/Exact software Organised, ambitious and calm under pressure Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Passion for patient care and a desire to grow your role
