Ascent Dental Care are an award-winning private dentistry group, with 5 practices situated across the Midlands. We have a fantastic reputation for delivering high quality dentistry, and require a motivated & dedicated receptionist to join our lovely team in Malvern, Worcestershire.
Details of the role:
We are looking for a receptionist to join us in a full-time position, contracted to 41 hours p/w
Candidates must be able to commit to working some evenings and Saturdays as part of the position

Requirements:
Previous experience of working in a Dental Practice environment is desirable but not essential for this position; a background in customer service, front of house or hospitality could be very suited to the position
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload
You must be comfortable with being the first point of contact to our patients, and be able to support with driving referrals from existing patients
You must have a passion for delivering an outstanding patient journey, from the very first 'hello'
