Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for a candidate with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to be the first port of call for existing and prospective patients at our prestigious private dental practice in Kings Rd, London SW6.
We are well known in the local area as the private practice with a difference, so the ideal candidate will be well presented, possess excellent verbal communication skills, and have bags of initiative. You will need excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and have a good grasp of IT.
Dental experience is ideal but by no means essential should you be the right candidate in all other respects. Thorough training will be provided.

To deliver the kind of welcome our patients and team expect, in line with brand standards and legal requirements To ensure the reception operation runs smoothly and efficiently To assist the business to grow and attract new customers by engaging prospective patients in a welcoming and informative manner To act as a champion and a positive point of contact for everyone in the business To direct the journey of patients effectively and efficiently throughout the practice

A caring and sympathetic nature Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, phone) - the ability to liaise between patients and other dental care professionals A smart appearance and professional attitude A good work ethic and high standards An ability to work under pressure Possesses initiative and a willingness to take responsibility A positive, team player
