MK Dental Practice is looking for a confident receptionist to join our fun & friendly team. We are a mixed NHS and private practice offering a range of high end dental treatments including Implants, Invisalign, teeth whitening, facial aesthetics and general dentistry. We recently undergone a large refurbishment with aesthetic decor and high end equipment offered to both our patients and our staff and as a result we are looking for a candidate with impeccable customer service skills.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a dental practice however not essential as training will be provided
The role is for part time hours Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday and Some weekends.
Salary negotiable based off experience.
The ideal candidate must be:
Confident advertising/selling Extremely presentable Reliable Approachable Able to work at a fast pace Punctual Organized Have excellent communication skills Impeccable command of English Have a sense of humor
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Using SOE Taking and making phone calls Booking and rescheduling appointments Answering patient queries Liaising with the head nurse and practice manager General admin duties Day to day management of the diary Finance System Follow all practice protocols and procedures Meeting Targets (set by management)
