We are a busy Private practice, which offers a wide range of treatments including general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics and facial aesthetics.

DENTAL RECEPTIONIST REQUIRED

We are currently searching for a full time dental receptionist, the position is Monday - Friday 08:15am - 05:30pm. One late is required on a Tuesday or Thursday 10.45am-08.00pm. We would be looking for someone to start as soon as possible so that full training could be given.

Full Time: Monday to Friday

1 hour lunch with an additional 15 minute break unpaid

The ideal candidate would be:

Have experience of delivering excellent customer service and communication skills and telephone manner Ability to keep calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Well organised, highly motivated and hard working Good Computer skills Well presented, reliable, supportive and professional. Experience with R4 software
Responsibilities include:

Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records Making patients aware of dental services and offers Handling payments and setting up payment plans Liaising with the practice manager and practice owner to help a smooth running of the practice. Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality Providing a high standard and professional service
Experience:

Previous dental experience is welcomed but isn't mandatory and full training will be given to the candidate.
