Bosworth Dental Practice part of the Oradent group

are currently looking for a friendly, professional person to join our Dental practice as a Receptionist. We are a practice that treats both NHS and private patients to the local community.

The practice team is very welcoming and the successful candidate will enjoy full training and a personal development plan for their career.

The Role

Hours - 5 days per week between Monday - Friday to include two late nights and Saturdays maybe required

Additional annual leave day for every year of full service

The ideal Candidate will have

Have excellent communication skills with a confident telephone manner along with a polite and courteous demeanour. Proven front of house Reception experience, ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although this is not essential. Excellent organisational skills The ideal candidate would have some dental knowledge and experience using the 'Exact' dental software, but not essential. A natural ability to offer a warm and welcoming environment to patients and visitors Your drive to constantly deliver and improve the patient journey.
