Role Overview:

As a Dental Patient Coordinator/Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional service and ensuring everything runs smoothly at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding telephone and face-to-face customer service Manage appointment bookings and treatment plans for private patients Present finance and payment options clearly and confidently Collaborate closely with our private dentists to promote treatment plans Work with our digital marketing team to support practice promotions Maintain front desk operations with professionalism and efficiency
