Dental Receptionist
Job Description
We have recently been bought over and looking for a dental receptionist , to our team in Perthshire! We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, professional, well-presented, reliable, with strong communication and organisational skills .
We have a position available to join our amazing team on a full time or part time basis as a dedicated dental receptionist/treatment coordinator.
Previous experience in a reception or front of house is a benefit but not essential . If you have dental experience this would also be a benefit for the role along with the ability to keep calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Daily duties will include:
Meeting and greeting patients, providing a 5 experience for all patients.
*Dealing with patients in a polite and professional manner, maintaining exceptional customer service standards and upholding the practice image at all times.
*Manage telephone and email enquires, appointment booking and updating patient records
*Take correct payments and accurately maintain records making sure every patient has a forwarding appointment
*Advise patients on treatment available, discussing financial options and booking the necessary appointments
