We're Hiring - Dental Receptionist

One Dental Peterborough | Fully Private Practice | 4 Days (Mon-Thurs, occasional Fridays if needed)

One Dental is a luxury, fully private practice currently undergoing a major refurbishment and expansion. We're looking for a professional, confident, and self-driven Receptionist to join our growing team.

What We Expect

Ability to work under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment. Sales and customer service background (essential). Self-driven and reliable, with excellent organisation and time-keeping. Target-focused, able to work towards KPIs. No previous dental experience necessary -- full training will be given.

The Role

Managing the front desk and being the first point of contact for patients. Handling calls, bookings, emails, and enquiries. Supporting patients throughout their treatment journey. General reception and administrative duties. 4-day contract (Mon-Thurs), with occasional Fridays if needed.
