Your Role



We are looking for an experienced

Portuguese-speaking

dental receptionist who has a positive, can-do attitude and can work flexible hours. The ideal candidate will have:

2 years of receptionist experience ideally from a dental background. Experience with Invisalign (preferred). Experience with Exact software (preferred). The ability to provide exceptional patient care, both over the phone and face-to-face. You will be responsible for managing patients' treatments, including scheduling appointments, discussing financial payments and ensuring a smooth treatment journey. You will be part of our patient support team and the primary point of contact for patients, dentists, and nurses. Effective and clear communication is crucial to ensure a positive patient experience and coordination within the dental practice. A friendly, polite manner when welcoming patients and possessing a commitment to providing excellent patient care. Strong organisational skills and excellent communication. The ability to manage correspondence, maintain the appointment/booking system, and handle patient payments efficiently. Motivation to promote our values and maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities



Welcome patients warmly upon arrival whilst ensuring their comfort, understanding, and satisfaction throughout their dental journey. Manage correspondence and ensure timely responses coordinating treatments with our dentists and treatment coordinators. Keep the office, reception area, and waiting room clean and tidy. Ensure the appointment/booking system operates smoothly and accurately, fill in gaps using our task list/care manager, and liaise with our TCOs to complete treatment plans. Record and monitor patient referrals, manage treatment schedules, and follow up on cancelled or incomplete treatments. Collect and record patient payments accurately, encouraging prompt payments and managing outstanding debts. Liaise with dental laboratories, supply companies, and other organisations as needed. Utilising our marketing campaigns to encourage further bookings.

Pay:

13.85-16.00 Per Hour + up to 500 Bonus Per Month
