Dental Receptionist Position - Dental Beauty Orthodontics

Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:15PM - Remote

Dental Beauty Partners are a rapidly expanding & forward-thinking Dental Group located across the UK, offering a variety of treatment options to hundreds of thousands of patients annually. We recently launched an exciting new division within the group, Dental Beauty Orthodontics, and now have two fantastic specialist Orthodontic practices in South Croydon & Purley.

These two practices have been family owned since 1972, and are highly regarded within the local community. They are led by our fantastic Partner, Dr. Tim McDonogh who is able to provide a huge amount of support, knowledge & expertise to his clinicians.

About the role:

Dental Beauty Orthodontics are excited to be opening a search for a

Remote Dental Receptionist

to join our experienced clinical team in South Croydon. This role will see you

answering north of 400 calls per week and supporting the high volume of NHS and private patient enquiries.

This role is full-time, with the working hours being Monday to Friday, between 8:30am and 5:15pm.

About you:

We are looking for a phone ninja, who has the enthusiasm and professionalism to handle such a large volume of patient calls. The applicant should be confident in articulating themselves through the phone with patients and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure all of our patients are given a 5 star service.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with a dental background, but we are willing to consider those who have other telephone call handling experience that possess the willingness to learn.
