Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients
warmly, provide friendly & professional first impressions upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
Excellent
customer service
Schedule appointments
and manage the booking system effectively.
Provide
accurate and clear information
to patients regarding treatment plans.
Maintain patient records
and ensure confidentiality with care and sensitivity
Process payments
and manage billing inquiries efficiently
Collaborate with the team
to ensure seamless patient flow throughout the day
Assist with
general office duties
, including filing, data entry, and maintaining a clean reception area
Requirements:
Previous experience
within a dental practice or medical setting would be optimal
Administrative experience
Exceptional
organisational skills
and ability to
multitask
Positive attitude and willingness to contribute as a team player.
Strong
interpersonal skills
to build rapport with patients and team members alike
