Saturday Dental Receptionist (with opportunity for additional cover)

Location:

Cornerways Dental Surgery, Sandwich, Kent.

Hours:

Saturdays (with occasional weekday cover for annual leave)

We are looking for a friendly and professional

Dental Receptionist

to join our welcoming team. This role is primarily for

Saturdays

, with the opportunity to provide additional cover during the week when team members are on annual leave.

About the Role:

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an essential role in creating a positive experience at our practice. You will manage front desk operations, support the clinical team, and ensure the day runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients in a warm, professional manner Schedule appointments and manage the diary efficiently Handle telephone and email enquiries Take payments and maintain accurate patient records Liaise with dentists, nurses, and other team members to ensure excellent patient care Support with administrative tasks as required

About You:

Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred but not essential Confident using computer (training can be provided) Excellent communication and organisational skills Reliable, professional, and patient-focused Able to work independently and as part of a team Flexible to provide occasional weekday cover

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
