Summary

We are seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our practice.

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and manage the reception area efficiently. Schedule appointments and manage patient records accurately. Handle phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional manner. Assist with billing and insurance claims processing as needed. Maintain a clean and organized reception area to enhance patient experience. Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow.

Requirements

Previous experience in a dental reception role is preferred, but a trainee will be considered. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in office software and appointment scheduling systems.
