Job Summary


We are seeking a dental clinic receptionist who can effectively manage leads and enquiries, someone who's good at getting a booking. We also require the receptionist to be proactive and creative Social Media Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging social media strategies across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for digital marketing and content creation, looking to grow their career within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities



Develop, plan, and execute innovative social media campaigns aligned with company objectives. Manage daily content posting across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tiktok and others. Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement opportunities, and customer interactions. Analyse campaign performance metrics and generate reports to optimise future strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visual and written content. Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our brand remains competitive.

Experience



Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands or organisations. Office experience or administrative experience is desirable but not essential; organisational skills are advantageous. Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and scheduling software. Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail. Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content tailored to different audiences. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their expertise in digital marketing within a collaborative setting. Prior experience in office or administrative roles will be considered an asset but is not mandatory.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 14.00-20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
