Full-Time Dental receptionist - 4 days per week plus 1 Saturday per month, occasional late night till 8pm
The practice hours are
Monday to Thursday 8am - 6pm
Friday 8am till 4pm
Saturday 8am - 5pm
Central England Specialist Referral Centre is looking for a dedicated and professional receptionist to work front of house at our multidisciplinary specialist dental centre. We provide a friendly, personalised service and the very best quality of care to all of our patients; therefore, we are looking for someone personable, positive and passionate with a great customer focus.
As a part of the receptionist team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality front-of-house services for patients to contribute to an overall exceptional patient experience. This role has significant responsibility and includes patient-related tasks such as
greeting patients and creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
booking appointments, managing utilisation and organising the diary for multiple clinicians,
finance tasks, payments, arranging finance, cashing up
following up with patients after dental treatments
tracking patients through their treatment journey,
liaising with referring dentists and dental practices
supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice,
promoting patient feedback and reviews through social media channels.

Have an excellent telephone manner
Previous administration or reception experience
Be personable, positive and enthusiastic with excellent customer focus
Efficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Software Of Excellence Experience ideal
Strong communication and organisation skills
Achieve positive outcomes from patient queries in a timely and efficient manner
Ensure that the Manager and staff are fully aware of any relevant feedback from patients.
Manage visitors and deliveries into the centre
Gather data regarding patients and treatment outcomes
Assist patients with any queries they may have
Excellent attention to detail when multitasking
We are looking for those with prior experience in dental practice. Applicants need to have excellent written and spoken English for the role. Additionally, it would help if you were very confident in using SOE.
