Exciting Dental Receptionist Opportunity - Ascent Dental Solihull

Full Time Position - 42 hours P/W contract

Ascent Dental Care are an award-winning private dentistry group, with 5 practices situated across the Midlands. We have a fantastic reputation for delivering high quality dentistry, and require a motivated & dedicated receptionist to join us in Solihull.

Details of the role:

We are looking for a receptionist to join us in a

full-time

position, Monday to Friday. There is no set working pattern, but the hours will be

between 8:30am and 6:30pm and one Saturday per month

Candidates must be able to commit to working some occasional evenings and occasional Saturdays as part of the position

Highly competitive hourly rate between 12.50-13 p/h

Requirements:

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload Previous experience of working in a Dental Practice environment is highly desirable for this position, ideally with experience of Dentally software If not, we are open to considering candidates with front of house/hospitality experience in a similar sector You must be comfortable with being the first point of contact to our patients, and be able to support with driving referrals from existing patients You must have a passion for delivering an outstanding patient journey, from the very first 'hello'
