We are seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail, as you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, handling patient enquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
You are required to have previous experience in a Dental Practice for this role and if you're also a registered dental nurse, this would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly as they arrive at the practice
Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations to optimise the dentist's schedule
Answer phone calls and respond to patient queries in a professional manner
Maintain patient records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate
Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth operations within the practice
Skills
Previous dental experience is essential
Dentally Software
Strong administrative skills with proficiency in using office software and equipment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Pay: 20,800.00-23,296.00 per year
