Role & Responsibilities

Greeting and checking in patients with a smile Booking, rescheduling, and confirming appointments using EXACT software Managing phone and email enquiries with professionalism Handling patient records, payments, treatment plans, and insurance paperwork Supporting the smooth flow of the clinic -- multi?tasking in a busy dental setting

Ideal Candidate

Passionate about creating a welcoming, relaxed environment Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the phone Strong attention to detail with administrative accuracy Experience ideally in dental or medical reception (but not essential--if you have great skills and attitude, we'll train you!) Proficient IT literacy -- comfortable learning EXACT software Available for early mornings / late afternoons in line with clinic opening hours

What We Offer

Pay:

12.50-15.00 per hour, depending on experience Flexible hours -- choose between full?time or part?time schedules In?house training on EXACT software and ongoing professional development Be part of a fun, friendly, high?energy dental team focused on patient excellence
