We are seeking a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist for our client to join a warm and welcoming dental practice in the Woodford area.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a warm welcome and efficient service. This role requires excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Dental experience preferred, but not essential.
Responsibilities
Greet patients as they arrive and assist with check-in procedures.
Schedule and confirm appointments using our practice management software.
Manage patient records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional manner.
Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth operations within the practice.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Skills
Strong administrative skills with experience in an office environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively under pressure.
Proficient in using office software and dental practice management systems.
A friendly demeanour with a focus on providing exceptional patient care.
Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
SOE software system experience desirable, but not essential. Trading will be provided.
