Dental Receptionist/administrator

Job Description

We are looking for 2 committed and enthusiastic Individuals to join our team

on a part time basis 3 days a week.



Attracting and managing enquiries from patients .

Helping patients understand all private dental treatment options available to them and converting sales in line with targets

Working closely with our clinicians to help grow their private patient portfolio

Supporting administration of clinic, including reception duties

Required days: To be confirmed but will need Friday Late shift, Saturday cover.

Ideally should have some previous Dental/Medical knowledge.

The nature of the role requires someone who is a good communicator, flexible and able to multi task and work under pressure.

The applicant needs to be a strong team player with good IT and computer skills using word and excel. The applicant will receive training on the practice software systems.

Applicant must be friendly, calm, professional, have good work ethos, stamina, excellent communication skills and good rapport with patients.

ESSENTIAL QUALITIES



- Good Communication Skills

- Warm, friendly, positive attitude

- A good understanding of Dental treatments

- IT Proficient (Desirable: Use of SOE EXACT software)

Follow all regulations such as CQC, GDC standards, GDPR, HTM 01-05, confidentially and consent processes
Salary depending upon experience. From 12.50/hr
