Warm Welcomes

: As patients arrive, your friendly smile and warm greeting will set the tone for their visit.

Patient Queries

: Whether on the phone or in person, you'll patiently address patient questions and concerns.

Booking Mastery

: Keeping our appointment book full ensures efficient patient care.

Appointment Reminders

: A friendly call to remind patients of upcoming appointments is part of your daily routine.

Payment Handling

: Skilfully manage payments, whether by card or cash.

Team Communication

: Effective collaboration with dentists, nurses, and management keeps everything running smoothly.

Tidy Spaces

: Maintaining the non-clinical areas ensures a pleasant environment for everyone.

Patient Records

: Accurate record-keeping is essential for quality care.

More admin work to be given once settled with routine reception duties

Must Have/Get to apply:

Hepatitis B vaccinations:

Every member of the staff must be vaccinated/willing to get vaccinated for Hepatitis B.

Enhanced DBS Certificate:

If you don't have any, we can apply for you.

Online Courses:

Willing to undergo online courses required.

Flexibility:

Our team works flexibly - this means we can work all days of the week, some evenings and some Saturdays.
