As the first point of contact for our patients, your role is crucial to the seamless running of our clinic. Your responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities
Welcoming and assisting patients warmly upon arrival
Managing appointment, patient bookings and clinical diaries
Handling phone, email and face to face enquiries with professionalism
Supporting clinical team with administrative duties and workflow coordination
Maintaining a clean, calming reception area
Collaborating with the wider team to ensure the best possible patient experiences
Handling payments, patient records and documentation safely and efficiently
Maintain and organise files, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy access to information.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly
Strong background in customer service
Confident and comfortable to be on social media
Previous experience in an administrative role and customer service
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication.
Attention to detail in data entry and clerical tasks
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.

Previous dental experience
Prevoius healthcare reception experience
Experience in high end or private practice settings
