About the Role
We're on the lookout for a
friendly, organised, and proactive Dental Receptionist
to be the first smiling face our patients see. You'll play a key role in keeping our practice running smoothly while delivering top-notch service to every visitor.
Your Daily Impact
Be the welcoming face
- Greet patients warmly and create a positive first impression.
Manage appointments like a pro
- Keep our calendar organised and ensure smooth scheduling.
Handle patient inquiries
- Whether in person, on the phone, or via email, you'll provide excellent support.
Keep records in check
- Maintain and update patient information with accuracy.
Process payments & insurance claims
- Ensure transactions are handled efficiently.
Support the team
- Assist with essential administrative tasks to keep our office running seamlessly.
What We're Looking For
?Previous
administrative experience in a dental practice
(or similar healthcare setting).
?Familiarity with
dental terminology and procedures
(a plus, but not a must!).

Excellent communication skills
