The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, responsible for managing appointments, handling administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival
Manage appointment scheduling and cancellations efficiently
Answer phone calls and respond to patient enquiries promptly
Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and processing payments
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming
Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures
Lead and direct social media platforms
Experience
Prior office or administrative experience is preferred
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office or similar programmes is desirable
