What You'll Do
Greet patients, answer calls and emails
Schedule appointments, manage diary
Handle patient records, filing, and reception admin
Liaise with dentists, hygienists and patients
Provide outstanding customer service
What We're Looking For
Friendly, organised and professional
Good communication skills (face-to-face & phone)
Experience in customer service or receptionist role (preferably in healthcare)
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and maintain confidentiality
Dental Practice Experience, SOE/ Exact and Dentally experience are highly desirable
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, appointment systems)
