Previous experience in dental or medical reception is preferred, but not essential if you're a quick learner with the right attitude.
In return, you'll be part of a professional yet welcoming team, working in a modern private practice that values your input, encourages growth, and takes pride in delivering excellent patient care.

? Dental Receptionist/Administrator
? Full time permanent position
? Competitive salary
? Benefits such as staff discount
? Access to paid CPD software
What We're Looking For:
Previous customer service experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting)
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
A friendly and approachable manner with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Competence with computer systems and reservation software
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Punctual, reliable, and eligible to work in the UK
Experience in front desk or reception roles, with a "can-do" attitude
Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:
Providing outstanding service to new and existing patients, both in-person and over the phone/email
Managing bookings, appointments, cancellations, and follow-ups for multiple practitioners
Handling patient payments, daily cash-up, and banking procedures
Coordinating with laboratories, suppliers, and internal staff
Maintaining a clear and efficient diary schedule
