Dental Receptionist
to join our friendly and professional team on a
full-time, permanent contract
.
Based in
Tunbridge Wells
, our highly recommended practice has proudly served both
NHS and private patients for over 40 years
. You'll be part of a welcoming and experienced team including Receptionists, Dental Nurses, Therapists, Hygienists, Dentists, Implantologists, and a Periodontist -- all committed to delivering outstanding patient care. You will be highly supported by the Practice Manager and the Principal Dentist.
As the
first point of contact
, you will be a key ambassador for our clinic and the NHS, helping ensure a smooth and positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome patients upon arrival
Handle incoming calls and schedule appointments using our phone system
Verify insurance coverage and assist with claims
Record and manage patient information, including medical history
Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and organised
Support billing and payment processes
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
Deliver excellent customer service, addressing patient enquiries and concerns

Working Hours
We are looking for a full time receptionist to cover the hours, during our opening times below.
Practice Opening Hours:
Monday to Friday:
08:45 - 18:00
Wednesdays:
Occasionally open late until 19:30 (1 late evening every 2 months)
Saturday (1 in 3/4):
08:45 - 13:30
