Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to develop a career in the dental industry? We are seeking a friendly, motivated individual to join our team as a Receptionist & Trainee Dental Nurse. This mixed role offers the chance to gain hands-on experience in both patient care and administration while working in a supportive and professional environment.

Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

Welcoming and assisting patients with a warm and professional attitude Managing appointment bookings and scheduling Handling phone calls and responding to patient queries Processing payments and maintaining patient records Ensuring a smooth and efficient front-of-house experience
Trainee Dental Nurse Duties:

Assisting dentists during procedures and treatments Preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment Ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients and staff Providing chairside support and reassurance to patients Maintaining accurate patient records and following compliance guidelines
Requirements:

No prior experience necessary - full training will be provided A friendly and professional attitude with excellent communication skills Willingness to learn and work towards a dental nursing qualification Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail A team player who is proactive and eager to develop their career
