Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and motivated dental receptionist to join our welcoming and enthusiastic team. A dental nursing background would be an advantage but is not essential - this role may suit either an experienced dental receptionist or a qualified dental nurse looking for a primarily reception-based position.

We are a well-established private family dental practice based in the beautiful market town of Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire. We pride ourselves on providing high quality, patient-centred care within a relaxed, professional environment and have built a loyal, long-standing patient base within our local community.

We have strong focus on prevention, education, and a long-term oral health. The practice is fully digital, using SOE software, intra-oral cameras, digital radiography and Itero scanner. We offer exposure to advanced and complex treatments within a private setting.

About the role;

This is a part-term position (2-4 days per week), primarily based on reception and patient coordination. For candidates with a dental nursing qualification, there will be the opportunity to support clinically if desired, but this is not a requirement for the role.

Job Type: Part-time

Part-time hours: 2-4 days, 16-32 hours per week

Salary: 13.00 - 15.00 per hour

What we are looking for;

- Previous experience in a dental reception or customer-facing role

- Experience with SOE software is desirable but not essential

- Excellent combination and organisational skills

- Dental nursing qualification and GDC registration desirable but not essential.

- A motivated, hard-working individual with an empathetic and professional approach to patient care
