Your Role in Our Team



As the first friendly face our patients see, you'll help make every visit a positive experience. You'll be at the heart of our front desk, keeping things running smoothly while making patients feel at home.

Your day-to-day will include:

Greeting patients with a warm smile and friendly conversation Answering phone calls and handling enquiries with a caring, professional attitude Scheduling and managing appointments efficiently Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records Supporting daily administrative and reception duties Liaising with dental labs and suppliers Helping keep reception and communal areas tidy and organised Respecting and maintaining patient confidentiality at all times
