Key Responsibilities

This is a dual role offering variety and growth. Your duties will include:

Receptionist Duties:

Greet and welcome patients with professionalism and warmth, ensuring an outstanding first impression. Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and schedules using our advanced dental management software. Answer and respond to patient enquiries (phone, email, and in-person) promptly and courteously. Process payments, handle patient records, and manage administrative tasks efficiently. Keep the reception and waiting area organised and inviting.

Dental Nurse Duties:

Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to the highest clinical standards. Assist clinicians during dental procedures, ensuring patients feel comfortable and supported. Manage sterilisation and infection control protocols to ensure a safe and compliant environment. Provide pre- and post-treatment care and guidance to patients with compassion and clarity.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a dental receptionist, dental nurse, or in a similar role is highly desirable. GDC registration (for nursing duties) is required. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach. Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail. Proficiency in using dental management software and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Google Suite is a bonus. A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for patient care.
