Receptionist / Dental Nurse - Join Our Friendly Independent Practice

At East Park Dental, we're proud to be an independent, patient-focused practice where people feel cared for -- both our patients and our team. We're looking for a warm, organised, and enthusiastic Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice. If you're also a qualified dental nurse (or working towards it), even better!

What you'll be doing:

Greeting and welcoming patients with a friendly smile and professional manner Managing appointments, phone calls, emails, and patient enquiries Keeping patient records accurate and confidential Supporting the dental team to keep the practice running smoothly Helping with membership admin and payments (If a qualified nurse) providing occasional chairside support when needed

What we're looking for:

Experience as a dental receptionist (or strong customer service background in healthcare/retail) A great communicator who is approachable, organised, and calm under pressure Someone with excellent attention to detail and a caring, patient-focused attitude Dental nurse qualification (GDC registration) is a huge bonus, but not essential

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour

Experience:

Dental receptionist: 1 year (preferred) Dental nursing: 1 year (preferred)
