Receptionist/Dental nurse - 2 roles open

(Role 1) - 2 days per week (8.30am - 5.30pm)

(Role 2) - Saturday (8.30am - 2pm) then (8.30am - 5pm) alternating

Due to the retirement of one of our valued reception team members, we are seeking a motivated, bright, and articulate individual to join our expanding team as a Dental Receptionist / Dental Nurse. Are you experienced in the dental world either as a dental nurse or dental receptionist, then come join us at Oak Lodge Dental in Liphook, where our team are at the heart of everything we do. We want our staff to look forward to coming to work and feel motivated to provide a gold standard patient experience. Your contribution will be paramount as you will be the key link between patient and clinician and will be crucial to the ongoing success and development of our expanding practice. There will be very occasional nursing cover but this position will mainly focus on reception.

The reception team are responsible for a huge part of the patient journey. As first point of contact you will be providing a first-class patient experience either over the phone or in person - your positive input and top rate customer service is crucial.

Managing a very busy reception, you will be responsible for arranging appointments and taking care of all communication with patients by telephone, email, and letter

You will be able to identify potential opportunities to keep patients informed of other treatments offered within the practice.

We have two roles available

Two weekdays per week

or

Saturdays (see above for hours )

Skills and attributes needed for this role

Dental experience Dental Reception or Dental Nursing experience essential.

A great communicator

Team player - essential

Supremely organised

Calm and ability to deal with pressure

Good I.T skills

A "can-do" attitude, with the desire to learn new skills and take on new challenges, show initiative
