Dental Beauty Hampstead is an award-winning practice located in a lovely North West London area, offering a wide range of dental & aesthetic treatments, both on the NHS and privately. We are located only a short distance from East Finchley station with plenty of nearby parking available.

Details of the role:

We are looking for someone to join us on

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays

, working

two of those days remotely from home

. Exact start and finish times can vary once within the role, but contracted hours will 8:30am - 5:30pm. Exact days and which days worked remotely can be negotiated.

This role will be exclusively looking after our

patient follow ups, recalls and other administration tasks including referrals.

We would also need the successful candidate to be available to come in to cover holiday daysas and when needed.

About you:

Previous experience of working in a Dental Practice environment is essential

for this position, ideally with experience of Dentally software Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload You must be comfortable with being the first point of contact to our patients, and be able to support with driving referrals from existing patients
Dental Beauty Hampstead is led by Partner Dr. Payman Sobhani alongside the support of both a practice manager and a great clinical team. You will be joining a fantastic team of clinicians and support staff who all work together in harmony to deliver a brilliant patient journey.
