Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Dental Referral Centre Manager to lead our referral operations while providing administrative and operational support to the Practice Manager. This role ensures exceptional service for patients, referring practices, and internal teams, combining strategic oversight with hands-on management.
Key Responsibilities
Referral Centre Management
Manage referral processes efficiently and professionally.
Build strong relationships with dental practices, specialists, and internal teams.
Monitor metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Resolve complex patient or practice issues promptly.
Administrative & Practice Manager Support
Assist the Practice Manager with scheduling, reporting, and operational workflows.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, clinical, and quality standards.
Support internal communications and coordination for the senior leadership team.
Team Leadership
Lead and motivate a diverse team, promoting collaboration and excellence.
Provide training and guidance to ensure consistently high service standards.
Requirements
Experience in healthcare/dental practice management, preferably in referral or patient coordination.
Administrative support experience for senior management.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient in practice management software (e.g., Software of Excellence) and Microsoft Office.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused mindset.
