Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled, motivated sales professional who can join our existing team of Treatment Coordinators (TCO) and deliver exceptional levels of patient care.

Our ideal candidate will be a GDC registered Dental Nurse.

Our TCO's are pivotal to our practices and you will be led by one of the leading TCO's in the industry. In addition you will have the support of a Practice Manager and you will be part of a network of experienced TCO's based at our other sites.

Your role will be to quickly build relationships with patients to support them in their Invisalign journey. Your skilled ethical selling approach will be pivotal in this process to ensure the patient goes ahead with their chosen treatment plan. You will strive towards our monthly targets whilst balancing and prioritising patient care.

This opportunity is based at our Newcastle City Centre location in a vibrant setting close to all local amenities. The practice will be luxurious, and is well placed for an easy commute to and from Newcastle train stations. You will need at least 2 years' experience in sales in a similar setting so you will need to be comfortable to talk to patients about their cosmetic dental procedures. We therefore welcome candidates from the aesthetic industry or similar, preference will be give to those candidates who have experience within Dentistry. Key tasks:



Welcome the patient to the store

Build relationships with patients quickly and confidently

Maintain patient trust throughout their journey

Confidently and ethically sell dental treatment in a private cosmetic setting

Provide relevant information on dental treatment plans

Follow up on consultations

Liaise with clinicians on a daily basis

Work harmoniously within the team

Spot opportunities that will lead to successful sales

Monitor and record all enquiries

Provide daily reports for submission to the group manager

Follow the patient journey from the start and be there for the patient until the end of treatment

. Enable full 'Go Ahead' of Invisalign Treatment

Support all internal and marketing activities

Attend regular meetings
