We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating dental appliances and prosthetics, ensuring high-quality patient care and satisfaction. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both dental professionals and patients. A background in IT is advantageous for managing workflows and records.
Responsibilities
Fabricate dental prosthetics, including dentures, and orthodontic appliances.
Collaborate with dentists to understand patient needs and specifications for dental devices.
Maintain accurate records of materials used and work completed for each patient.
Ensure all equipment is properly maintained
Communicate effectively with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and techniques to enhance service delivery.
Experience
Previous experience as a Dental Technician or in a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in using dental laboratory equipment and software is essential.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to interact with patients and team members effectively.
A background in nursing or patient care is beneficial but not mandatory.
Familiarity with IT systems related to dental practices will be an advantage.
