Technician
to join our enthusiastic and friendly team.
This role is vital to our operations, with a primary focus on
hand-finishing metal frameworks
for dental prosthetics. You'll be working with high-end dental restorations, requiring exceptional attention to detail. You'll also play an important part in supporting our digital workflows and scanning processes.
Responsibilities
Hand-finishing and quality control of metal frameworks for dental prosthetics.
Collaborating closely with the milling and design team.
Scanning and digital workflow support.
Maintaining a high standard of accuracy and finish on all work.
Adhering to internal protocols and deadlines.
Operation of Dlyte polishing machine.
Use of Asiga Printers
Model finishing.
Requirements
Proven experience in
metalwork
with excellent manual dexterity.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good organisational and communication skills.
Preferred (But Not Essential):
Previous experience in a
dental laboratory
environment. This role is also well-suited for candidates with a background in the jewellery trade.
Familiarity with implant systems and digital dental workflows would be a benefit.
Experience using scanning equipment or CAD/CAM systems.
Valid GDC registration.
Additional training can be given.
