Job Description
Rosebrough Dental Practice is an established and independently owned dental practice located in Benton, Newcastle Upon Tyne where we provide both NHS and private dental treatments.
We are a fully computerised and digital practice.
We are looking for a forward thinking friendly Dental Therapist to join our experienced clinical team who will provide you with a smooth running day to day for both NHS and Private treatments.
Summary:
- Conducting oral assessments
- Taking digital x-rays
- Administering local anaesthetic
- Performing restorative procedures under prescription including fillings and extractions of deciduous teeth.
- Providing preventative treatments
- Referring patients to dentist for complex procedures
- Maintaining patient records and treatment plans
- Educating patients on oral hygiene
- Comply with GDC scope of practice
- Follow Infection control measures
We are seeking a full time position covering 4 days
Working hours are currently 9am - 5.30pm
GDC registration required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From 30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
