Therapist - Job Summary



We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and forward-thinking

Therapist

to join our dedicated multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of

anatomy

, and ideally, experience or interest in

medical imaging

and

CAD technologies

, to enhance the quality and precision of therapeutic interventions. This role is centered on delivering personalized care and helping clients achieve meaningful outcomes through tailored treatment approaches.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' therapeutic needs. Develop and implement

individualised treatment plans

based on clinical findings and client goals. Utilise

medical imaging

tools (as appropriate) to inform and enhance treatment strategies. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide

integrated, holistic care

. Maintain thorough, accurate, and confidential client records in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards. Educate clients and their families on the therapeutic process, progress expectations, and self-care strategies. Monitor client progress, regularly reviewing and adjusting treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes. Stay current with evolving practices in therapy, including innovations in

medical imaging

and

CAD-assisted treatment planning

.

Qualifications & Requirements



Recognised qualifications in

therapy, counselling

, or a related field (e.g., degree-level or equivalent). Solid understanding of

human anatomy

and its relevance in clinical therapy. Experience with

medical imaging techniques

is highly desirable; training may be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity or proficiency in

CAD software

is a plus, particularly for designing or visualising treatment approaches. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a

multidisciplinary team
