We are well regarded for our very high standards and excellent patient care, and we require a new team member with the same level of professionalism and attention to detail.

An outstanding opportunity for an experienced dental therapist

Are you ambitious? Do you have an affinity with people? Would you like to work alongside a great peer group and tap into their expertise? This position is for 2-4 days per week.

Sadly, our cherished hygienist is departing to embark on a new adventure, leaving a list of patients requiring ongoing periodontal therapy and maintenance. We would like to see this list expand to include restorative treatment in the hands of a capable therapist (the principle is happy to provide mentoring). About you

GDC registered Dental Therapist Excellent communication and patient care skills Friendly, professional, and team-oriented approach Good working knowledge of BSP S3 guidelines Keen to develop your skills Ambitious, likeable and a superb communicator Great chairside manner that puts patients at ease

Key responsibilities

Provide high-quality preventative and periodontal care Deliver direct restorative treatments (in accordance with GDC scope of practice) Educate and motivate patients to maintain good oral hygiene Work independently and collaboratively with the dental team Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with GDC and practice standards

Requirements

You must have at least 3 years post training experience Yu must be GDC registered and be able to work in the UK You must be willing to undergo a DBS check
