Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Hygiene Therapists with at least 12 months of working experience to join our state-of-the-art surgery.

We offer 40% split, with Hygiene therapists doing all the examinations, fillings and hygiene.

Our full time HT make approx 100k a year.

Sponsorship is available.

We have the state of the art 3 Shape scanner making for easy impressions for whitening and night guard treatments.

The practice is led by Hygiene Therapists, with referrals to the dentist for additional treatments. Candidates must have experience in conducting examinations, placing fillings, and providing hygiene treatments. Additionally, they should have the ability to sell and promote additional services to patients.

Duties:

Conduct dental examinations within your scope of practice Provide treatments including exams, fillings, hygiene, and deciduous extractions Refer patients to the dentist for further treatments Sell and promote additional services to patients Participate in monthly plan schemes

Requirements:

Relevant degree in dental hygiene/therapy At least 12 months of experience working as a therapist Experience in both hygiene and therapy, including exams and fillings Competency in placing fillings and conducting exams Strong verbal and written communication skills Empathy, patience, and the ability to build rapport with patients Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Pay: 30,000.00-80,000.00 per year
