We at One Smile Dental have an exciting new NHS/Private mixed practice launching in Portsmouth and we are looking for ethical, ambitious Dental Therapists/Hygienists to join us.

This is a unique opportunity in a fully digital, state-of-the-art environment, with the full support of the wider team of Associate Dentists and Dental Nurses. We are located in a convenient location in the heart of Portsmouth and will be serving its local community.

What You Will Be Doing:

Providing high-quality NHS and private dental care Building strong, lasting relationships with patients through ethical, patient-centred dentistry Collaborating with an experienced team of nurses, clinicians and support staff Participating in team CPD, case discussions and continuous learning

Dental therapists will play a key role in delivering this, leading on prevention, periodontal care, direct restorative treatment where appropriate and working collaboratively with associates and the wider team to ensure continuity of care and an exceptional patient experience.

Important Legal Requirement - Dental Therapist Applications

Due to changes in UK immigration rules effective 22 July 2025, we are only able to consider applicants who:

Already have the legal right to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship, or Are already in the UK on a valid Dental Therapist visa or Skilled Worker status that was granted before the regulatory change and can be verified.
Under the current regulations, new Skilled Worker visa sponsorship is no longer permitted for dental therapists, dental hygienists or dental nurses. Unfortunately, this means we cannot progress applications from candidates who do not already meet these right-to-work requirements.
