About the Role

We are a modern, fast-paced private dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to join our supportive and growing team.

As our TCO, you'll be the key link between patients, clinicians, and the wider practice team, guiding patients smoothly through their dental journey, ensuring excellent communication, and helping patients feel supported every step of the way.

This role combines patient care, administrative support, and digital communication, making it ideal for someone with a proven track record in dental, who is organised, personable, and confident both face-to-face and online.

Key Responsibilities

Presenting and explaining treatment plans clearly and confidently.
Guiding patients through their treatment journey from consultation to completion.
Supporting with scheduling, finance applications, and consent forms.
Following up with patients to keep them on track.
Coordinating seamlessly with clinicians and front of house.
Leading on patient conversion rates and supporting practice income targets.
Using social media (Instagram, Facebook etc.) to showcase patient success stories, promote services, and engage the community.
Working alongside marketing to create engaging digital content.
Supporting compliance, CQC standards, and ensuring best patient journey practices.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Prior experience in dentistry (TCO, dental nursing, or reception backgrounds ideal).
Confident communicator, organised, and detail-oriented.
Proven ability in managing or contributing to business social media.
Experience with dental software (preferred, not essential).
Strong patient-focused attitude, professional, warm, and approachable.
DBS checked with the right to work in the UK.
